CAS 1067-53-4 silane is a vinyl-functional silane coupling agent that improves adhesion to a variety of organic polymers. It has reactive vinyl and hydrolyzable organosilanes whose reactive dual nature chemically binds to inorganic materials (e.g., glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers (e.g., thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers), thus acting as a crosslinker, adhesion promoter, and/or surface modifier.

It can improve the bonding force between single fibers and resin, and improve the performance of composite materials in the wet state. It can provide crosslinking points for organic polymer. So it is used as polymer material modifier, EPDM rubber modifier, and cross-linking agent for cross-linking cable materials. |
